Discover an exciting opportunity to support students as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting near Litchfield Park, AZ. This contract position is designed for a dedicated OT who enjoys collaborating with PreK through 8th grade students and their educational teams. The assignment runs for the full 2026-2027 school year, beginning in early August, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary staff
• Support students fine motor, sensory, and self-care development within the classroom environment
• Document services and student progress according to district and regulatory guidelines
• Provide direct therapy services and consultative support as outlined in students IEPs
• Offer training or strategies for classroom staff as needed
• Contribute to IEP meetings and maintain ongoing communication with families
