Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license in Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal development, and progress documentation
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, flexible, and able to adapt to diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and areas requiring support
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classrooms and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed, maintaining clear documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance motor skills, sensory processing, and independence
