Step into a rewarding contract role providing occupational therapy services within a supportive and collaborative educational setting. Two exciting opportunities are available for dedicated professionals: one position with an early intervention caseload spanning 11 months, and another serving K-12 students within a dynamic school environment. Both positions are full-time, beginning August 10th, 2026, and concluding June 17th, 2027.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
• Experience working as an OT in or with school-based populations, including early intervention and/or K-12 settings
• Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and tailored therapy interventions for diverse student needs
• Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for a varied caseload
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support students academic and functional progress
• Participate actively in team meetings, IEP conferences, and staff development sessions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
