Occupational Therapist Travel Opportunity
Location: Lexington, KY
A school district in Lexington, KY is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in a school setting. This role involves providing therapeutic support to students with various needs, helping them achieve greater independence and success in their educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for students
- Implement interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
