Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas
• Experience or interest in working with K-12 students
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting young learners of all abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students functional abilities and needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote student success
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
• Deliver therapy and interventions to improve students fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
