Job Description

The term runs from August 10th, 2026 to June 17th, 2027, and covers two exciting caseloadsa full-time, 11-month early intervention role and a K-12 opening.

You'll apply your skills in evidence-based interventions and individualized programming, all while working within an encouraging multidisciplinary team environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Maryland (MD OT License)
  • Experience in school-based OT or a strong desire to work with students from early intervention through high school
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, family-centered services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and implement intervention plans for students requiring OT services
  • Serve as a vital resource to IEP/IFSP teams, participating in meetings as needed
  • Tailor therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of Early Intervention and K-12 populations
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state regulations
  • Engage with families and teachers to maximize student progress and generalization of skills
