Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students, promoting functional independence and participation in school activities
• Deliver direct, evidence-based OT services onsite in collaboration with teachers and support staff
• Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Serve as a resource to educators and families, contributing expertise on adaptive strategies and accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed
