Qualifications:

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience working in schools, healthcare, or home health environments preferred
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, parents, and staff
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet students diverse needs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students motor skills and functional abilities
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to integrate therapy into the educational environment
• Monitor and document students' progress, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and specialized settings
• Provide staff and family training on strategies and accommodations
• Maintain detailed, timely records in compliance with school policies and professional guidelines
