Job Description

Take advantage of a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in local schools by providing expert supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants. This contract position requires two dedicated, licensed Occupational Therapists to oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) working within a dynamic educational setting. With flexible hourseither part-time (up to 20 hours monthly) or full-time (up to 37.5 hours weekly)youll support students and staff in a collaborative, on-site environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license valid in New Hampshire
  • Demonstrated experience supervising COTAs in school-based settings
  • Solid understanding of regulatory and documentation requirements for OT supervision
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical supervision to assigned COTAs, with each OT supervising up to two COTAs
  • Conduct approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA per month
  • Maintain and complete all necessary supervision documentation and administrative tasks
  • Champion collaborative practices with school professionals and support compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Ensure instructional goals and therapeutic interventions are successfully delivered
