What Youll Need:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience or strong interest in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with IEP documentation and student-focused therapy (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality OT services to K-12 students across itinerant school assignments
• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver therapy in group and one-on-one formats, adapting to caseload or workload models
• Utilize the districts IEP system (training provided)
• Engage in paid team meetings and indirect administrative hours
