What Youll Need:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience or strong interest in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with IEP documentation and student-focused therapy (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality OT services to K-12 students across itinerant school assignments
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver therapy in group and one-on-one formats, adapting to caseload or workload models
- Utilize the districts IEP system (training provided)
- Engage in paid team meetings and indirect administrative hours
