Qualifications:

  • Current NM state license (NMRLD) required
  • NMPED certification (can be obtained quickly with prompt application)
  • Open to both OTs and experienced COTAs
  • Ability to supervise COTAs as needed
  • Experience delivering OT services to children of all ages
  • Willingness to travel between school sites in the Las Cruces area

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite school-based occupational therapy for a diverse caseload
  • Supervise and mentor COTA team members
  • Adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs across multiple schools
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in compliance with district and state standards
