Job Description

In this position, youll work with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, partnering closely with educators and other specialists to help learners reach their potential. Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
  • School-based OT experience strongly preferred; new grads with relevant fieldwork encouraged to apply
  • Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and educational documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to meet diverse student needs across K-12 age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions for fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Communicate progress and strategies to teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely records per school and professional standards
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute clinical expertise
