Key Qualifications:

• Michigan occupational therapist license (required)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop targeted interventions for students with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges
• Deliver both direct and consultative OT services to support student access to the curriculum and school activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, refine, and implement IEPs
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Train and provide resources to school staff and families for carryover of strategies
• Create supportive, inclusive learning environments and advocate for student needs
