This full-time role supports students near Lansdale, PA, with a single school assignment working the entire academic year. Your expertise will help young learners thrivebuilding essential skills for their academic and personal growth.

What youll need to bring:

• Valid Pennsylvania OT license is required
• Prior experience working in a K-12 school setting, preferably with elementary students
• Strong understanding of individualized education plan (IEP) processes, documentation, and progress tracking
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse learner needs
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven therapy services

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to elementary students as identified in their IEPs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including special educators and administrators
• Conduct assessments to determine students individual needs and goals
• Maintain accurate records, timely documentation, and detailed progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert insights to support student success
• Provide consultative services to staff and families, strengthening in-class supports
• Foster a positive, engaging environment to encourage student participation and achievement
