Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Background working with elementary, middle, and high school students strongly desired
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students needs in the school environment
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to support students academic participation and social-emotional skills
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to integrate occupational therapy strategies into daily routines
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Provide guidance and resources for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed
• Participate in meetings to help set and achieve students IEP goals
