Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Collaborate closely with educators and school staff to support student success within the classroom setting
• Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, targeting IEP goals
• Maintain clear documentation for evaluations, interventions, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate recommendations with parents and team members
• Offer training and resources to school staff and families on strategies to support student progress
