Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs.
• Manage a caseload of students, collaborating with educators and families for optimal outcomes.
• Perform case management duties including evaluation, goal setting, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Accurately track student progress, maintaining thorough documentation for all assigned cases.
• Ensure timely completion of documentation and participate in team meetings to discuss student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to a diverse school environment.
