Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy services to students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs.
- Manage a caseload of students, collaborating with educators and families for optimal outcomes.
- Perform case management duties including evaluation, goal setting, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Accurately track student progress, maintaining thorough documentation for all assigned cases.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and participate in team meetings to discuss student progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to a diverse school environment.
