Candidates for this opportunity should bring proven expertise in school-based OT services and experience, or enthusiasm, for working in a teletherapy model. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington, or eligibility to obtain
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms or a willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educators
• Passion for supporting childrens growth and fostering independence in daily school activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Provide direct teletherapy services to meet IEP goals and student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including special educators and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Offer consultative support to staff and families for continued student success in the virtual classroom
• Attend virtual meetings and contribute to IEP planning
