This contract opportunity allows you to work closely with K-12 students, empowering them through skilled occupational therapy services and collaborating with educators to create an inclusive environment. What You Bring:

• Active California Occupational Therapy License required
• Background in school-based OT, with experience or interest in working across K-12 populations
• Strong collaborative skills to partner with teachers, support staff, and families
• Commitment to student-centered, inclusive therapy
• Excellent communication abilities and documentation skills
• Adaptability and organizational strengths to thrive in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with diverse needs
• Facilitate student participation in classroom and school activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional goals
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and support strategies
• Educate staff and caregivers on adaptive strategies and resources
