Job Description

This role allows you to work closely with a diverse caseload of 45 students, delivering services and support tailored to each individual's needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in North Carolina.
  • Relevant credentials and certifications required for practicing as an OT in schools.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with their IEPs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting educational and developmental goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support students' progress.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of services, outcomes, and communications.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed.
  • Consult with staff regarding adaptive equipment or classroom modifications to foster student success.

This position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 30-35 hours across five days per week, allowing you to build meaningful connections with students while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
