Grow as a clinician while supporting elementary-aged students across two welcoming schools and supervising an OTA at a third. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin OT license
- DPI OT certification required
- Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide OT services to a cross-categorical caseload (no self-contained classrooms)
- Support students growth across functional, academic, and social domains
- Work collaboratively with faculty, families, and support staff
- Supervise and mentor the assigned OTA
- Manage documentation to ensure compliance
- Serve across two elementary schools and coordinate with an OTA at a third
