Key Qualifications:

• Current and active OT state license
• Previous experience as an OT in a school setting is highly valued
• Confidence supporting a diverse caseload across all grade levels (K-12)
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and school teams
• Ability to manage and document services for a caseload of approximately 75-100 students
• Flexibility and organizational skills to effectively serve as an itinerant OT across multiple sites if needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy support during regular school hours (8 AM 4 PM)
• Address students unique developmental, physical, and adaptive needs through assessments and intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop student-centered goals and strategies
• Share expertise with education teams to promote an inclusive and supportive environment
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of all therapy services and student progress
• Engage in continuous professional development and adapt therapy plans as needed throughout the school year

This full-time role is available immediately through the end of May 2027, offering stability and the opportunity to see your impact over multiple years.
