Job Description

Make a difference supporting students growth in a dynamic elementary school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract Occupational Therapy opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise within a single elementary school, working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to creating accessible, supportive learning environments.

Youll play a key role in assessing student needs, developing and executing individualized treatment plans, and advocating for inclusive practicesall while enjoying a steady, full-time schedule (35-37.5 hours per week) from late August through mid-June.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students functional physical development and self-regulation needs
  • Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans tailored to individual students goals and district objectives
  • Collaborate with educators to support appropriate student placement and foster academic success
  • Identify and address environmental or physical barriers, providing expert guidance to optimize learning accessibility
  • Document progress, maintain clear records, and communicate recommendations to teams and families

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold current New Hampshire Occupational Therapy Licensure
  • Graduated with a BS or MS in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
