Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current OT license (Georgia or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, collaboratively engage with educators and families, and tailor interventions to individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments to identify strengths and areas for growth
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to create accessible, supportive learning environments
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on your caseload
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and ongoing therapy session notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary problem-solving for students educational success
