Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas
• Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy settings
• Solid understanding of pediatric therapy practices and interventions
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs across all grade levels

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative Occupational Therapy services to students, addressing a range of developmental, sensory, and academic challenges
• Evaluate student abilities and design individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into student educational plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation in line with district and state requirements
• Provide ongoing support, education, and training to staff and caregivers as needed
