What you'll bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials, with experience working in schools or pediatric settings.
• Strength in providing OT services, including teletherapy and home health care when needed.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and compliance, or the ability to learn district IEP systems (training provided).
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling between assigned schools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Dedication to ongoing professional growth and support of student success.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy to students based on individual education plans (IEPs).
• Complete documentation, attend team meetings (with paid admin/indirect hours), and participate in IEP development.
• Modify or adapt educational materials and environments for enhanced student access and participation.
• Work alongside supportive district staff, with training and mentorship available as needed.
• Serve as an active participant in a caseload-focused service model.
• Attend virtual interviews via Zoom for a streamlined hiring process.
