Make a meaningful impact on students lives by bringing your expertise as a School-based Occupational Therapist to a K-12 setting near Irvine, CA. In this full-time, onsite contract role, youll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and related service professionals to help students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• Demonstrated experience or interest in supporting K-12 students
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Comfort with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs to develop and implement tailored OT interventions
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into daily activities
• Conduct in-class observations and provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and support students in activities that promote fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Communicate progress and strategies with parents, guardians, and educators
