Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
• Previous experience working with children in a school environment is highly desirable
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state/federal regulations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care for a diverse caseload of K-12 learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluate students functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide consultative support and in-class strategies to teachers and parents
• Educate staff and families on assistive strategies and equipment
