Essential Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (OT) in the state of California
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different grade levels or caseloads as assigned
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with students individual education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, evaluate, and develop interventions tailored to each students functional needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and student strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
