Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Prior experience in educational settings and/or home health preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy modalities and related technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in school, home, and virtual environments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Evaluate and document students progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Educate families and caregivers on recommended support strategies
- Support transition planning and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state guidelines

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
