Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license
- SC Educator Certification required
- Experience in schools, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments for K-12 students
- Develop student-centered, individualized goals
- Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings
- Deliver direct OT services onsite
- Accurately maintain supporting documentation and progress reports
