Both full-time and part-time contract positions are available, with flexible schedules of up to 40 hours per week to fit your availability.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
- Previous experience in a school-based environment is a plus
- Comfort and adaptability working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Ability to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for supporting diverse learning needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Lead engaging, function-based therapy sessionsboth one-on-one and in groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support each students goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, documenting and communicating student progress
- Adapt therapy activities to different age groups and developmental abilities
- Foster positive relationships and a supportive atmosphere for all students
