Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is a plus
• Comfort and adaptability working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and students
• Ability to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Passion for supporting diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess students needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Lead engaging, function-based therapy sessionsboth one-on-one and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support each students goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, documenting and communicating student progress
• Adapt therapy activities to different age groups and developmental abilities
• Foster positive relationships and a supportive atmosphere for all students
