• Adaptability and creativity in delivering occupational therapy within an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students abilities and challenges using appropriate strategies and tools
• Develop individualized therapy plans to help students reach academic and daily living goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and provide consultative support in classrooms
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates with staff and parents
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on interdisciplinary teams
• Educate teachers and families on strategies to support students success
