What Youll Bring:

  • Active MD SLP license
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K12 students
  • Background in managing mixed caseloads, particularly students with a variety of speech and language disabilities
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive, achievement-oriented learning environment
  • Compassion, resourcefulness, and adaptability in addressing the unique needs of each student

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to about 25 students with diverse disabilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy programs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to tailor strategies for student success
  • Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate and thorough records
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to holistic educational plans
  • Engage regularly with staff and families to support student development and academic progress
