Qualifications & Experience:

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapist license required
• Experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings is preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload spanning elementary to middle school
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Dedicated to student-centered care and collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
• Assess students functional abilities and develop targeted treatment strategies
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other staff to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
