A healthcare opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist serving students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The role involves providing therapeutic support and interventions aimed at enhancing students functional abilities, participation, and educational success within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse therapeutic needs.
• Implement occupational therapy services to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote consistent strategies and inclusive learning environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and follow-up assessments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy settings.
• Familiarity with the specific developmental challenges faced by elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of best practices in school-based occupational therapy interventions and compliance with state regulations.

Location: Hubbardston, MI

This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules available up to 40 hours per week. Employment is on a contract basis, providing flexibility to accommodate professional goals and personal commitments.
