Seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to support students across multiple school levels in Howell, MI. This position offers flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules up to 40 hours per week. Therapists will work within elementary, middle, and high school settings to provide essential services that enhance student development and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and consultations tailored to students' needs in elementary, middle, and high schools.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Track and document student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide equipment recommendations and training to support student access and independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student success.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Experience working in school environments, preferably with elementary, middle, and high school age groups.
• Strong knowledge of developmental milestones and educational therapy practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and adapt to varied student needs.
