Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in Michigan
- Experience with school-aged populations, from elementary through high school
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptable and empathetic approach to working with students of varying abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Implement evidence-based therapies to support academic and functional success
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and caregivers to support student progress
