In this flexible, part-time contract role, you'll manage a diverse caseload of children, ages 2 to 18, presenting mainly with mild to moderate needs. Clinical focus includes pragmatics, receptive and expressive language, reading, writing delays, and high-functioning autism. Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida OT license required
  • Must have or obtain Medicaid provider number
  • At least one year of experience in school or pediatric outpatient settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for pediatric clients
  • Provide direct therapy onsite (one child at a time)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate treatment notes and progress reports
