Qualifications:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license
• Medicaid provider number
• At least one year of pediatric experience (school or outpatient preferred)
• Ability to deliver assessments, evaluations, direct therapy, and participate in IEP meetings
• Experience with pragmatics, receptive and expressive language, reading and writing delays, and autism spectrum disorders

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized OT services for children ages 2-18
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Conduct standardized assessments and develop targeted therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
