Key Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience delivering therapy services within school environments, particularly at the elementary level, is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability, thriving as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement goal-driven treatment plans aligned with IEPs
  • Commitment to promoting student independence and participation in school routines

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to determine students functional therapy needs and document findings effectively
  • Develop, implement, and monitor targeted treatment plans and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into the daily classroom
  • Maintain compliance with required documentation and reporting for IEPs and service delivery
