This contract position runs from July 6th through August 14th, and offers a consistent schedule of 27.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM 2:15 PM). Youll work onsite with an elementary caseload, helping students develop essential skills for success in and out of the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Occupational Therapy License
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering student independence and participation

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students
• Assess students needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with best practices and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students goals are integrated throughout the school environment
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning as needed
• Provide support and guidance for assistive devices or sensory strategies
