Key Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Previous experience as an OT, preferably with school-aged children
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and manage caseload efficiently
• Comfortable working independently and adapting to various school environments

Your Role:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in compliance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain accurate records for compliance
• Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support student growth in academic and daily living skills
• Serve as an engaging resource for families, providing guidance and education related to therapy interventions
• Work 10-15 hours per week with the freedom and flexibility of a 1099 contractor
