Key Qualifications:
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience as an OT, preferably with school-aged children
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and manage caseload efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to various school environments
Your Role:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in compliance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and maintain accurate records for compliance
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to support student growth in academic and daily living skills
- Serve as an engaging resource for families, providing guidance and education related to therapy interventions
- Work 10-15 hours per week with the freedom and flexibility of a 1099 contractor
