Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
- Previous school-based OT experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively with K-12 students of varying abilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver targeted OT services to support students' academic and functional participation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session notes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $27.14 to $68.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
