Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Experience providing OT services in schools, home health, or healthcare
• Preferred background in teletherapy or blended service delivery models
• Strong ability to engage students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, school staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a K-3 caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and set measurable goals to support student success
• Implement interventions that foster independence and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt materials and environments for student needs
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with school policies and reporting guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach
