This opportunity is available for the 2026-2027 school year, covering two unique charter school campuses. Youll work alongside dedicated professionals and help foster student growth through supportive, individualized therapy.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapy license in California
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Ability to manage caseloads independently, collaborating with education teams
- Comfortable traveling between two nearby school sites
- Familiarity with IEP implementation and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Highlights:
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions as part of the IEP team
- Serve a varied caseload across two school sites
- Participate in scheduled admin hours, including paid team meetings
- Engage in a collaborative school culture run through a public charter program
- Flexible schedule options with both part-time (.5 FTE) and full-time (1.0 FTE) roles available
- Itinerant position with paid travel between campuses
- Support from district leadership and ongoing training opportunities
- Participation in Zoom-based interviews for a quick and efficient hiring process
