Experience and Qualifications:

• Comfortable adapting techniques to meet students unique needs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments and produce thorough evaluations to determine current levels of performance
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to develop measurable goals and strategies
• Facilitate group and one-on-one sessions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation
• Monitor and report progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Advise on modifications, classroom accommodations, and assistive technology to enhance student participation
