Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
• Adept at maintaining thorough records and documentation in compliance with regulations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students functional needs related to their educational performance
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on enhancing students independence in daily activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate occupational therapy strategies within the classroom setting
• Monitor and document students progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Provide direct and consultative services to support student goals
• Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and maintain appropriate documentation
