Position Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Active OT license in Michigan
  • Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
  • NO COTA applications accepted; supervision cannot be provided
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of 30-40 students across multiple sites
  • Must be available for onsite work (not remote/virtual)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group OT services to K-12 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and student evaluations
