Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state OT licensure
• Prior experience in pediatric or school settings preferred

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
• Flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students fine motor, sensory, and functional skills within the educational environment
• Develop and execute intervention plans that align with IEP goals and support academic success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide guidance on classroom accommodations and strategies
• Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory requirements
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding occupational therapy interventions and best practices
• Support student transitions between activities, classes, and grade levels as needed
