Work collaboratively across 3-5 school sites, all conveniently located within a short 15-minute radius, allowing you to foster meaningful connections and support growing learners without extensive travel.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong clinical OT skills welcomed
• Comfortable managing a caseload spanning preK through high school populations
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned schools
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions to help students improve functional, academic, and social skills
• Document progress and track goals as required by school district guidelines
• Communicate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize each students potential for success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued team member
• Provide direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs
